1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between jbdjili and any individual who registers an account, browses the jbdjili website, or uses any jbdjili service in any capacity. Access to and use of the jbdjili platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

jbdjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the jbdjili website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the jbdjili platform following publication of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the responsibility of each player to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read together with jbdjili's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and jbdjili.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the jbdjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted and you are not accessing jbdjili in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from jbdjili or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion or platform-initiated exclusion order.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of jbdjili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to gamble responsibly.

jbdjili conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures on all accounts. Players who fail to provide accurate identity documentation or who are found to be ineligible will have their accounts suspended and any winnings voided. Player funds held in ineligible accounts will be returned after verification of identity, minus any applicable costs.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jbdjili. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jbdjili reserves the right to close all accounts linked to the same individual and forfeit all balances in cases of duplicate account creation.

1. Accurate Information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. jbdjili is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jbdjili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jbdjili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
3. Notification of Compromise: If you believe your jbdjili account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify jbdjili immediately at support@j bdjili.net. jbdjili will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
4. KYC Verification: jbdjili requires players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, or PRC ID). Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
5. Account Currency: All jbdjili accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions are processed in PHP and no currency conversion is applied to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transactions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jbdjili supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day.
• Verification Requirements: jbdjili may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the jbdjili cashier page and may be updated periodically. jbdjili reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests.
• Source of Funds: jbdjili reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited into a player's account, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Declined Transactions: jbdjili is not responsible for transaction failures caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor. Players experiencing persistent issues should contact jbdjili support.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

jbdjili does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond jbdjili's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jbdjili offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Standard wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• jbdjili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional mechanics, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jbdjili platform operate under rules specific to each game type. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all jbdjili games:

• Random Number Generators: All jbdjili slot, table, and instant win games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to independent testing.
• Published RTPs: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are made available within the platform. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error, jbdjili reserves the right to void the affected game round. Any wagers placed during a malfunction will be refunded to the player's account. jbdjili's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Minimum bets start from ₱1. Maximum bet limits vary by game and player tier.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are subject to additional house rules displayed at each live table. Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in live chat functions. Abusive behaviour toward dealers or other players may result in account suspension.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong, are governed by specific sportsbook rules published on the jbdjili platform. In-play betting is subject to real-time market changes. Settled bet results are final once confirmed by jbdjili's sportsbook team.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jbdjili platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the jbdjili platform in a manner not intended for normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use jbdjili accounts for any financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus entitlements or evading account restrictions.
• Providing false identity documentation or impersonating another individual during KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not legally authorized to use.
• Accessing jbdjili from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to disguise your geographic location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jbdjili staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

jbdjili is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. The Company recognizes that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. jbdjili makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders that notify players when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, available on request.

10. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jbdjili platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any jbdjili content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting any software component of the jbdjili platform.
• Using jbdjili's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorized by jbdjili.
• Creating derivative works based on jbdjili's platform, games, or content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jbdjili's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the jbdjili platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jbdjili shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the jbdjili platform.
• Loss of winnings due to platform malfunction, disconnection, force majeure events, or circumstances outside jbdjili's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's breach of these Terms, including losses arising from unauthorized account access due to the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Disruptions to service caused by third-party providers, including payment processors, game studios, or internet service providers.
• The accuracy of odds, statistics, or sporting event results as published by third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jbdjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if jbdjili reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Regulatory requirements or a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority necessitates account closure.

Players may voluntarily close their jbdjili account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Disputes Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a player and jbdjili, the following procedure applies:

1. First Contact: The player must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
2. Initial Review: jbdjili's customer support team will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a full response within ten (10) business days.
3. Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with jbdjili's initial response, the dispute may be escalated to jbdjili's compliance team at [email protected] for further review.
4. Regulatory Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, the player may refer the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over jbdjili's operations.

jbdjili's decisions on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure above.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jbdjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the jbdjili website and, where practicable, by notification to registered email addresses. The effective date of the most current version of the Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Players who do not agree with any amendment to these Terms must cease using the jbdjili platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of jbdjili following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the procedure set out in Section 13. Players accessing jbdjili from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

jbdjili operates under the online gaming regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's regulations form part of the framework governing their relationship with jbdjili.
